The Sleepy Hollow Experience

This re-imagining is made brand new in a fully immersive, 360-degree theatrical experience, where the action takes place all around you. Beware, the Headless Horseman may even sneak up behind you! Every Weekend October 17 through November 3.  Two showings a night, one at 7 pm to 8:30 pm and the second from 9:30 pm to 11 pm

Downton Abbey: The Exhibition

This immersive exhibition celebrates the global hit television series, offering never-before-seen interactive elements that connect you to your favorite characters, as well as the fashions, locations, and historic events of the time period. Showcased in two estate locations, Downton Abbey: The Exhibition pairs seamlessly with the real-life story of the Vanderbilt family.

Have your photo taken with Santa Claus, Rudolph and Santa's Elves.  Enjoy apple cider and snacks while listening to holiday music. Stay and see the Dillsboro Christmas tree lighting at 5:30 p.m. and the ribbon-cutting celebration for the opening of Santa's Parlor.

Festival of Lights & Luminaries

More than 2,500 luminaries line the streets and sidewalks leading to the shops downtown. In addition to the lights, the stores along Front Street stay open later, a live nativity takes place at Jarrett Memorial Baptist Church, and horse and buggy rides will be available, as will hot cider and cocoa. Visitors can also enjoy carolers, as well as a visit from Santa Claus.

Christmas Parade

The 45th annual parade steps off on Highway 107 South and will feature floats, dancing, singing, and Santa. 

A Night Before Christmas

This event takes place on Waynesville’s historic Main Street, and features all the sights, sounds, and tastes of the holidays. The city’s art galleries stay open late, as well as shops and restaurants. Santa will make an appearance, and carolers and live music will fill the air.
